Riley's Last Day

It is so hard to believe that Riley is not a kindergartener anymore! Today was her last day at school and she is now a first grader. She has had an awesome year and has learned so much! She continues to get better at reading books and doing her math. She has also learned the basics of spanish and has become an all around "big kid"! We will continue to work on her things so that she does not fall behind over the summer. If anyone has any suggestions for reading or math websites for practice, please let me know. Today was a very sad day for mommy:( I am having a very hard time with her accomplishing this first school milestone for some reason. It was also a little sad because she will not be going back to the Catholic school next year, but will be heading off to the public school in Minooka. She is looking forward to riding the bus and we hope that she will do just as good of a job adjusting and settling in to school. We are so proud of our smart girl and all of her hard work this year...we love you Riley!!

Well....

Well I know that it has been quite some time since I last updated. I will go back one day and fill in that time as best I can. But for the time being, let's just start fresh! What is new with the Warren Family? Well...surprise, we are expecting! Baby number 3 is on his/her way and will be joining our family in November, some time around Thanksgiving. (My due date is November 20.) We have had 2 doctor appointments and all looks well! Feeling pretty good now although have been pretty exhausted and a little naseous....I think maybe this is getting over with though. We are 13 weeks today and I am definitely popping much faster this time. Today I actually had to pull out a maternity shirt and I do not think the pants are far behind. I was hoping to make it through the school year, next Wednesday, without changing my wardrobe but this baby is making themselves at home:) So here I am at 13 weeks.....
